How the Voucher System Works
From purchase to packing day — everything is automated and tracked.
Agent Purchases Voucher Package
Agents or brokerages purchase voucher bundles from the PackEmStackEm website — in any of our available plan tiers.
Voucher Codes Generated Automatically
After payment verification, the system automatically generates unique voucher codes (e.g. PSE-NYC-483921). Codes include a city code, unique identifier, and purchase batch reference.
Voucher Delivery
Immediately after purchase, the agent receives an email with voucher codes, downloadable PDF voucher cards, and access to their voucher dashboard.
Client Redeems Voucher
Clients enter their voucher code on the PackEmStackEm website, choose service type, select a date, and complete their Digital Packing Checklist. Once redeemed, the voucher is marked used in the agent dashboard.
